Find ways to reward your employees

Even in times of economic uncertainly, or should we say, especially in times of economic uncertainty, it’s very important to find creative ways to reward your employees. Though your budget may be cut, there are many inexpensive ways you can show your employees how appreciative you are of their hard work.

It’s a difficult time when you can’t reward your employees with merit raises or bonuses, but find other ways to show your employees you care.

Unfortunately, we’ve had to cut raises this year. We are giving all of our employees an extra two days off next year to make up for it.

Simple words of appreciation can go a LONG way. Adults are not really so different from children. Praise is a great motivator for anyone and is too often neglected.
