Learn to Ask the Right Questions Before Accepting a Job Offer

Though the economy may be tightening, we do not believe you should accept just any job offer without asking the right questions. The right questions, especially for a startup company job offer, are important for you to understand questions such as:
- Will I fit into the team?
- What is the history of this firm?
- Who are the founders?
- What direction is this company taking?
- Who are the company’s competitors?
- Do I have a potential upside by taking the risk of working here?
