Open a Command Prompt in a Folder

In Windows XP, there was a great power toy to Open Command Window Here when you right-clicked on a folder. Windows 7 has the same functionality, but you have to know a trick to have it appear. Hold down Shift and right-click on the folder you want to open in command prompt. Select Open command window here.
